Return & Refund Policy – Me Daniyal

At Me Daniyal, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality watches and customized products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).
  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products (unless damaged or defective).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
  • Products without original packaging.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and clear pictures of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

We reserve the right to approve or reject return requests after inspection.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be transferred to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Replacement products will be shipped after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), Me Daniyal will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.
